Cloud Chrome Mining (CCMT) operates a decentralized P2P crypto mining blockchain platform with cloud mining services for CC Coin. The sections below summarise the rules that apply when you use the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a mining license, or otherwise using the Cloud Chrome Mining platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform. You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide during registration — including email address, password and country — is accurate and kept current.

2. Accounts

• One person or entity may hold an account, and account credentials are personal to you.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including all mining sessions you start from it.
• You must keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
• Accounts may be suspended or closed if these terms are breached, if activity is unlawful, or if information supplied at sign-up is inaccurate.

3. Mining licenses

Access to cloud mining on CCMT is provided through license packs. Available pack sizes are one, three, five, ten and thirty licenses. Licenses are non-transferable, and any account found sharing or reselling license access may be closed without notice.

4. Mining activity

• Your account dashboard provides access to personal mining statistics and controls for your active CC Coin mining.
• Hashrate, output and reward figures shown in the dashboard reflect platform operations at the time of display.
• Mining performance can vary with network conditions, and no specific earnings level is promised by these terms.
• You may not interfere with the operation of the blockchain, the platform or other users' mining sessions.

5. Security of funds and transactions

CCMT is built with multiple layers of protection covering account access, fund custody and transaction processing. You remain responsible for safeguarding your own credentials, enabling any additional verification offered in your dashboard, and reporting suspicious activity promptly. We do not request your password or seed information through email, chat or social media channels.

6. Rules of use

You agree not to use the platform to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems, to launder or misrepresent the origin of funds, to distribute malicious code, or to harass other members of the community. Automated scraping, resale of access, and attempts to manipulate mining statistics are also prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Chrome Mining is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including interruptions in mining service, delays in transaction processing, or market movements affecting the value of CC Coin. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The platform is provided for lawful use in jurisdictions where such use is permitted.

8. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises between you and CCMT, the first step is to raise it with our team through the contact channels listed on the site so the matter can be reviewed. Where a matter cannot be resolved informally, it is submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body determined under the applicable law, and each party remains responsible for its own costs in connection with the claim.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Where a change is material, it will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform after publication of an updated version indicates your acceptance of it. Rewards are distributed according to the protocol's rules and the contribution recorded to the network, and no guarantee of profit, return, or future reward is made or implied. Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts, devices, and network connections, including protecting credentials and remaining alert to phishing or fraudulent offers that imitate the platform. Where the platform's cloud infrastructure secures data in transit and at rest, that protection supports user privacy but does not relieve users of their own obligations regarding account access and withdrawal destinations.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Neither the operators nor their contributors are responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from network interruptions, market volatility, regulatory action, or the failure of third-party services. Users agree to resolve disputes through good-faith communication and, where necessary, through the process described in this document rather than through litigation or arbitration, except where such restrictions are unenforceable.
